Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make rich bun dough? This dough is prepared on dough. How to make a dough? Pour a glass of warm milk into a deep bowl. The milk needs to be heated to 37-38 degrees; this can be done using a microwave oven. Add a tablespoon of sugar to the milk and stir. Add a teaspoon of dry instant yeast and stir thoroughly until the yeast granules disperse. Add a tablespoon of wheat flour.

Step 2

Step 2
Stir until no lumps remain. Cover the bowl with a towel (or cover with cling film) and place in a warm place for 20 minutes to activate the yeast. If the products are of high quality and everything is done correctly, then after the specified time a cap of yeast foam should appear on the surface of the dough.

Step 3

Step 3
In another bowl, combine chicken eggs with the remaining sugar, salt and melted butter and cooled to room temperature. Mix these products well or beat them with a mixer until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Step 4

Step 4
Pour the dough into a bowl with the creamy egg mixture. Stir. Start adding sifted wheat flour. To make the buns especially airy and tender, you need to use the highest grade flour and be sure to sift it, preferably repeatedly, to saturate the flour with oxygen. Add flour in parts, kneading the dough with a spoon each time.

Step 5

Step 5
When it becomes difficult to mix the dough with a spoon, place it on a floured table and continue kneading, adding more flour if necessary. Be prepared that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough.

Step 6

Step 6
The dough should be smooth, elastic and manageable, slightly sticking to your hands. Brush it with vegetable oil and put it back in the bowl. Cover the bowl with a towel and place in a warm place to rise for a couple of hours.

Step 7

Step 7
Then knead the dough, let it rise again and proceed to baking the buns. Bon appetit!
