Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make tartlets with curd cheese and red fish? Prepare your food. Take ready-made tartlets, but if you want, you can bake them yourself. My fish is already chopped. Curd cheese without additives. In my opinion, dill is best suited for greens.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the greens thoroughly under running cool water, then dry with a paper towel. Finely chop.

Step 3

Step 3
If you have a whole piece of fish, cut it into thin slices. We will need 50 grams. Cut the plates into strips, then chop into small cubes — the smaller, the tastier it will be.

Step 4

Step 4
Place the curd cheese in a bowl, add chopped dill and chopped fish. Mix thoroughly. If you see that the mass is very thick, then add a little heavy cream, otherwise it will be difficult to work with.

Step 5

Step 5
Transfer the curd mixture into a pastry bag.

Step 6

Step 6
Use a pastry bag to pipe the curd cheese into the tartlet. This can be done just with a spoon, but the bag will turn out prettier. Fill all the tartlets this way.

Step 7

Step 7
Cut the remaining fish into long thin strips. Roll each strip into a spiral — this will be a rose decoration. Place a fish rosette in the center of each tartlet.

Step 8

Step 8
Use a parsley leaf or a sprig of dill to make a leaf for each rose. The snack is ready! Serve it immediately, otherwise the tartlets will get soggy. Bon appetit!
