Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to fry pollock in egg and flour in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can take any parts of the fish, I used pollock fillet. If necessary, defrost the fish first. Sprinkle the fish with a little lemon juice. Wash the eggs and dry with napkins.

Step 2

Step 2
Prepare two deep plates. Break a raw egg into one of the plates and whisk it a little with a whisk. There is no need to beat, just stir until the white and yolk are combined. Place flour in another plate. Add salt and dry spices to the flour. I usually use a ready-made set of fish spices. Mix flour with spices.

Step 3

Step 3
Cut the pollock fillet into portions of approximately the same size. There is no need to make it too small.

Step 4

Step 4
Dip each piece of fish in the egg and then roll in the flour mixture.

Step 5

Step 5
Heat the frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Then place the fish pieces breaded in flour. Fry the fish over medium heat, 3-4 minutes on each side.

Step 6

Step 6
The fish pieces will become an appetizing, golden color. Due to the fact that the fish is breaded in egg and flour, it does not fall apart during frying and remains intact.

Step 7

Step 7
Place the finished fish on a plate lined with paper napkins. Why put it on napkins? This is necessary to remove excess oil from the fish. It will simply be absorbed into the napkins.

Step 8

Step 8
Serve the finished fish hot. It is very tasty. If you wish, you can add a side dish to the fish, such as mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!
