Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Eggs (1 for decoration) 6 pc
Hard cheese 150 g
Mayonnaise 50 g
Chicken fillet 400 g
Apple vinegar 50 ml
Cherry tomatoes (For decoration) 0.5 pc

From this recipe you will learn how to make a chicken salad with raw chicken and eggs. The cooking process is simple, quite familiar and understandable. So, letʼs begin. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until tender, about 30 minutes. Then remove it from the broth, cool and finely chop. Chicken broth can be used to make some kind of soup.

Peel the onions, cut into small cubes and place in a deep plate.

Pour apple cider vinegar diluted with half and half water on the onion — this is necessary in order to remove the bitterness from it. Leave the onion to marinate for 10 minutes, after which we drain the liquid and squeeze the onion well to remove excess liquid.

Place the eggs in boiling salted water and cook for 10 minutes until tender. Transfer them to a bowl of cold water and let cool well. I sometimes change the water to fresh and colder water, because the eggs heat it up quickly. Eggs boiled in this way will be well shelled. Peel the cooled eggs and cut into small cubes. You can pass them through a special strainer to simplify and speed up this process.

Mix the chicken with the eggs and place on a flat dish of a suitable size.

Add pickled onions.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and put it in the salad along with chopped garlic.

Add mayonnaise (I use 67% fat), salt and pepper to taste.
