Basic:

Chicken fillet 100 g
Lettuce leaves 30 g
Tomatoes 1 pc
Mozzarella 60 g
Sesame 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp
Soy sauce 1.5 tbsp
Salt to taste

For refueling:

Olive oil 1.5 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp

How to make a salad with chicken, tomatoes and cheese? We will need: chicken fillet, tomato, sesame seeds, lettuce, vegetable oil, soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, mozzarella, salt.

Wash the fillet, dry it well and beat it lightly.

Salt, pour soy sauce, leave the fillet to marinate for 20-25 minutes. Salt the fillet just a little, as soy sauce is also salty.

Roll the marinated fillet into a tight roll and sprinkle with sesame seeds on all sides.

Using a sharp knife, cut the roll crosswise into pieces 5-7 mm thick.

Then flip and fry the other side until light golden brown. Some of the rolls turned out to be wide, so I cut them crosswise into two parts. Cool the finished rolls.

Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them. Chop with your hands or a knife and place on a flat plate.
