Anyone who loves squid will love this salad! A very tasty salad with squid, cheese and yogurt! Surely it will come in handy for all PP adherents, as well as seafood lovers. This dish is good to start a difficult day, serve for breakfast or dinner.

Basic:

Ground black pepper to taste
Eggs 2 pc
Hard cheese 70 g
Dill 5 g
cucumbers 150 g
Squid 250 g
Yogurt 2 tbsp

Prepare the ingredients. To prepare a salad with squid, cheese, egg and cucumber, we will need: squid (if frozen, defrost first); eggs, hard cheese, cucumber; dill; natural yogurt and ground black pepper.

Clean the squid from films and chords and rinse well. Boil the squid in salted boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Do not cook any longer!!! Otherwise, the squid will become tough as rubber and completely tasteless. Cool the finished squids and cut into strips.

Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel and cut into small cubes. For greater homogeneity, eggs can be grated on a coarse grater.

Wash the cucumber, dry it, trim the ends. Cut into strips.

Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater.

Wash the dill, dry and finely chop. You can add a couple of sprigs of parsley to the dill.

Place squid, cucumber, eggs, cheese and herbs in a salad bowl.

Pepper the salad and season with yogurt.

Mix everything well.

The salad can be served immediately, or you can let it sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Before serving, garnish the salad with a sprig of dill. Bon appetit!
