Basic:

Olive oil 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground hot pepper to taste
Eggs (You can use chicken eggs, but I used quail eggs) 6 pc
Honey 1 tsp
White wine vinegar 2 tsp
Green onions 100 g
Carrot 1 pc
Parmesan 50 g
cucumbers 1 pc
Radish 5 pc
Lettuce (4 leaves of any lettuce or lettuce mix) 6 pc
Sesame (optional) 1 tsp
Cherry tomatoes (You can also use normal tomatoes) 5 pc

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a colorful vegetable salad with Parmesan and honey? First, prepare the ingredients. Wash vegetables and herbs thoroughly and dry with paper towels. You can take chicken eggs, not quail ones, like mine, but then reduce the quantity by half. Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel them.

Step 2

Step 2
Prepare the ingredients for the dressing.

Step 3

Step 3
To make the dressing, in a separate bowl, combine vegetable oil, white wine vinegar and honey. Add salt and ground pepper to taste, mix thoroughly. The gas station is ready.

Step 4

Step 4
Cut the washed radishes into thin circles, after removing the ends. Using a vegetable peeler, cut the peeled carrots and cucumber with skin into thin long slices. If you don’t have such a knife, then cut the cucumber into strips and grate the carrots.

Step 5

Step 5
Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands and place on a wide plate.

Step 6

Step 6
Place carrot and cucumber slices on top. Try to place them beautifully, figuratively, so that the salad ultimately has a spectacular appearance. Chop the green onions. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.

Step 7

Step 7
Add chopped radish and green onion to the carrots and cucumber (I conveniently forgot about it).

Step 8

Step 8
Cut the peeled quail eggs in half. Place halved eggs and quartered cherry tomatoes on a plate with salad.

Step 9

Step 9
Also cut the Parmesan into thin slices or grate it and sprinkle it on the salad.

Step 10

Step 10
Pour the prepared dressing over the salad, sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired and serve! Bon appetit!
