Light, simple, refreshing, in just 15 minutes! A salad with radish and carrots is made very quickly, and the most common products are used for it. It goes well with meat and fish dishes. It can be served on its own as a snack or as an appetizer on a holiday table.

Basic:

Garlic 1 clove
Carrot 1 pc
Mayonnaise 50 g
Dill 20 g
Radish 1 pc

How to make a salad with radish and carrots with mayonnaise? Prepare the products according to the list. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream or natural yogurt; you can also dress the salad with olive or vegetable oil. If desired, you can add salt and ground black pepper (I try not to add salt to salads with mayonnaise). If the radish is very bitter, you don’t need to add garlic.

Wash well and peel the carrots and radishes, peel the garlic. It is best to wash root vegetables with a brush or hard sponge under running water.

Rinse the dill, dry with paper towels and finely chop. If desired, you can additionally take parsley or cilantro from the greens.

Chop the peeled garlic under a press or finely chop it with a knife.

Grate the carrots using a Korean carrot grater.
