Chicken & Crab Cleopatra Salad with Tomatoes

Fresh and juicy salad for real gourmets! I am a fan of various culinary programs :) It was from them that I learned that the combination of fish and meat gives excellent taste. I love this salad — itʼs fresh and juicy. Another variation of summer salad with chicken. Of course, it can be cooked all year round, but it tastes much better with summer tomatoes.

Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Tomatoes (dense) 2 pc
Green onions 1 g
Hard cheese 50 g
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Chicken (boiled or smoked) 200 g
Crab sticks 200 g
Canned corn 1 cup

Required ingredients according to the list.

Cut the chicken into cubes with a side of approximately 7 mm.

Crab sticks, also cut into cubes.

And we do the same with tomatoes. All ingredients should be approximately the same size.

Chop green onions.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Place chicken, crab sticks, tomatoes, onions and corn in a salad bowl.

Stir gently so as not to crush the tomatoes.

When serving, season with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. No need to add salt.
