Wash the chicken fillet, boil in boiling salted water over moderate heat until tender, about 20 minutes. The cooking time will depend on the power and operating characteristics of the stove, so it may differ from that specified in the recipe. Remove the finished fillet from the broth and cool. Cut the fillet into strips. You can bake the chicken in the oven, for example, in foil, or fry it in a pan.
