Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad of chicken hearts with onions and pickled cucumbers? Itʼs very simple. Prepare the necessary products.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse the hearts well and cover with water. Bring to a boil, skim off the foam with a slotted spoon, add salt and cook until tender, about 30 minutes.

Step 3

Step 3
Wash, peel and cut the onion into half rings. Rinse the knife with cold water, this will help you avoid irritation of the mucous membranes of the eyes. Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and add onions. Fry until soft and translucent. Place the onions on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Step 4

Step 4
Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.

Step 5

Step 5
Place the hearts on a plate and let them cool slightly. Cut off the vessels and veins. I did not trim the fat from the hearts before cooking. It seemed to me that it was more convenient to process them already boiled. And from the broth I cooked a dish for my pet. Why not use a rich and nutritious broth? Cut each heart into 2-4 pieces depending on size.

Step 6

Step 6
Place all ingredients in a bowl, add mayonnaise and stir. I mixed all the prepared ingredients in a bowl and placed them in a serving dish. I filled a culinary syringe with mayonnaise and drew a mesh on the finished salad. It’s better for my family to see what I prepared for them. Thatʼs how picky I am.

Chicken heart salad is ready. Bon appetit!
