Ground black pepper to taste
Eggs (hard boiled) 2 pc
Potato (boiled in its jacket) 5 pc
Beet (boiled) 4 pc
Carrot (boiled) 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Mayonnaise 300 g
Fish fillet (Salted herring fillet) 300 g
Carnation (For decoration) 2 pc

Peel vegetables and shell eggs.

Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and place in a deep salad bowl as the first layer.

Prepare decorative elements from beets — cut out a circle-patch, “ears” and “tail”.
