Healthy and incredibly tasty — treat yourself to a light salad! A very simple salad recipe. The salad has a light and fresh taste. If desired, you can use crab sticks or ham instead of shrimp. Also, this salad can be served as an appetizer, just cut all the products into large pieces, place them on a platter, and place a bowl with mayonnaise in the center, you can add a clove of garlic to it, each guest can choose the ingredient to their liking and dip it in the sauce, It will also turn out very tasty and bright! This appetizer is especially suitable for fried (baked) meat, such as chicken wings or ribs.

Step 1
Ingredients

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the broccoli into florets and boil in salted boiling water for about 3 minutes.

Step 3

Step 3
Place the boiled broccoli on a sieve and dip it in ice water (this way our cabbage will not lose its color)

Step 4

Step 4
We also boil (defrost) the shrimp in boiling water for about 2 minutes, and also place them in a sieve.

Step 5

Step 5
Cut the pepper into strips or any other arbitrary shape

Step 6

Step 6
We clean the shrimp (do not forget that on the back of the shrimp there is an esophagus that needs to be removed) and cut into pieces. Broccoli can be chopped into even smaller pieces if desired. Mix everything, you can add a little salt and pepper (but don’t forget that our mayonnaise is salty). Since I made the salad in portions, I added mayonnaise directly to each bowl. Bon appetit!
