A simple and very tasty squid salad. One of my husbandʼs favorite salads. Itʼs very easy to prepare. The main thing is to buy good squid. Despite the presence of mayonnaise in the salad, it is a low-calorie dish, so you can afford to eat a portion of this salad from time to time. Moreover, its usefulness for the body is undeniable. It contains a large amount of protein, so it will be useful, first of all, to athletes and those who engage in heavy physical labor. In order to prepare the salad quickly, I recommend boiling the squid the day before.
