Bring to a boil, skim off the foam. Cook the meat over low heat for 40 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the quality and size of the piece. Cool the beef and cut into small cubes or separate into fibers.

How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change.

It is better to use salad varieties of onions, but regular onions will do, you just need to marinate them so that the excess bitterness goes away. How to pickle onions?
