Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Hard cheese 80 g
Carrot 1 pc
Mayonnaise (can be replaced with sour cream dressing) 150 g
Chicken eggs 4 pc
cucumbers (or greens for garnishing salad) 1 pc
Chicken fillet (smoked or boiled) 150 g
Prunes (dried or crushed) 100 g

How to make chicken carrot salad with prunes? Products needed to prepare Salad with carrots, chicken and prunes. The prunes were thoroughly washed and soaked for an hour. Chicken fillet, eggs boiled and cooled. The carrots are peeled and washed.

Grate the cheese and carrots on a coarse grater into different containers.

Simmer the carrots in a frying pan for a few minutes, adding 3-4 tbsp. l. water. Leave to cool.

In a deep bowl, mix all the prepared ingredients, season with mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste.
