Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make Yummy salad with pineapples? Prepare your ingredients. Instead of carbonate, you can take any other smoked pork: ham, ham or boiled pork. Pork can also be replaced with smoked chicken. Place the canned corn in a colander and let the liquid drain.

Step 2

Step 2
Drain the juice from canned pineapples. Cut the fruits into small cubes. You can lightly squeeze them first to remove excess liquid. I used pineapple rings, but canned pineapple chunks will also work.

Step 3

Step 3
Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel and finely chop.

Step 4

Step 4
Cut the carbonade into small cubes.

Step 5

Step 5
Assemble the salad. I served it using a cooking ring in layers. But you can simply mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl or arrange the salad in portions in bowls. Place lettuce leaves on a plate. Place a cooking ring on top. Lay out the canned corn and tamp it down. Apply a mesh of mayonnaise on top.

Step 6

Step 6
Spread the carbonation over the corn. Also pour mayonnaise over the layer.

Step 7

Step 7
Sprinkle the carbonade with boiled eggs and brush with the remaining mayonnaise.

Step 8

Step 8
Scatter the pineapples evenly on top. Place the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to soak. Before serving, remove the cooking ring and decorate the salad to your liking. Bon appetit!
