Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make cod liver salad with egg? Prepare your food. Boil the eggs first. Open the jar of green peas, place the peas in a sieve to drain excess liquid. You can use any greens, I used parsley, green onions or dill work well. Choose cheese with a mild taste so that it does not interrupt the taste of other products.

Step 2

Step 2
How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change.

Step 3

Step 3
Remove the cod liver from the jar and pat dry on a paper towel to drain off excess oil. Cut the liver into medium pieces.

Step 4

Step 4
Wash the parsley, dry it, chop it finely.

Step 5

Step 5
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 6

Step 6
Peel 2 eggs and cut into small cubes.

Step 7

Step 7
Combine cod liver, chopped eggs, green peas, grated cheese. Add a little salt and mayonnaise. Stir.

Step 8

Step 8
Form the salad using a cooking ring or simply place it in a salad bowl. You can decorate the salad if you wish. I made a decoration from 2 eggs by cutting the whites from both ends of the egg into a cup shape to imitate a flower. Place grated yolk in the middle. Serve the salad to the table. Bon appetit!
