Ingredients (8 portions)

For the salad:

Tomatoes 3 pc
Green onions 0.5 g
Lettuce 250 g
Red beans 150 g
Avocado 2 pc
Canned corn 150 g

For refueling:

Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Ground hot pepper to taste
Green onions 0.5 g
Lemons 1 pc
Yogurt 200 g
Avocado 1 pc

Recipe instructions

Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands and place in a large bowl, chop the fresh herbs, and cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

Peel and cut ripe avocados into thin slices and add to the salad along with beans and corn.

To prepare the dressing, cut the avocado into several pieces and place in a food processor bowl, add sour cream, softened butter, juice of one lemon, onion, garlic and spices.

Blend the mixture until it becomes a smooth puree.

The dressing can be served separately, or you can drizzle the salad in a bowl before serving.
