Chop the onion and pour boiling water over it for 7-10 minutes to get rid of the bitterness. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Beat three chicken eggs one at a time with a pinch of salt. After beating, pour each egg into a hot, oiled frying pan and fry the pancakes. You need to fry them on both sides, but very quickly (not until golden brown!), because if you overdo it, the pancakes will become bitter. After frying, it is better to place them in 3 separate plates so that they dry out a little.

Boil the chicken fillet, cool and finely chop.

Cut the egg pancakes into strips and add to the chicken fillet.

We also put a fresh cucumber there, also cut into strips, and add onion. Mix everything, salt and pepper to taste and season with mayonnaise.

Now letʼs prepare the dish. We will serve the salad in spectacular cups made from bell peppers. To do this, cut the peppers crosswise several times from the side of the spout. The cuts should be quite deep (we don’t reach the tail by about 2-2.5 cm). After this, using the tip of a knife, carefully peel the peppers along the cuts like petals. To make them open, place the peppers in cold water.
