Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad with smoked chicken, carrots and beans? To do this, you need to prepare all the ingredients. Drain liquid from canned beans. Rinse raw carrots well in running water to remove all dirt from them. You can use ready-made crackers or make your own from bread. I will use homemade crackers.

Step 2

Step 2
Pour cold water over the raw, washed carrots, put on the fire and bring to a boil. Cook it in boiling water for about 20-25 minutes. It should become soft. Then cool the carrots and peel them. Cut the peeled carrots into small cubes for salad.

Step 3

Step 3
To prepare crackers, cut the bread into strips, 1.5 — 2 cm wide, and then into cubes. You can simply dry the bread cubes in a dry frying pan or add a little vegetable oil. I prefer the option of crackers with butter. These are more flavorful and crunchy. I recommend adding a little salt to the crackers. You can mix salt with different spices and dry herbs to enhance the taste.

Step 4

Step 4
To prepare the salad, combine canned beans and diced carrots in a large bowl.

Step 5

Step 5
Cut the smoked chicken meat into small cubes and add to the bowl with the salad.

Step 6

Step 6
Next, add the prepared croutons to the salad.

Step 7

Step 7
Add a little chopped garlic to the salad and season everything with mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients well.

Step 8

Step 8
Place the finished salad with red beans and smoked chicken in a salad bowl and serve. If you don’t put it on the table right away, don’t add crackers. Stir them into the salad just before serving, otherwise they will become mushy. Bon appetit!
