Basic:

Vegetable oil (for frying champignons) 2 tbsp
Champignon 200 g
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Dill 20 g
cucumbers 2 pc
Chicken fillet (boiled) 350 g

How to make a salad with mushrooms and chicken? Measure out the required ingredients. Boil the chicken fillet in advance, preferably in salted water, to make the meat more tasty. You can add spices and herbs to the broth for additional flavor. Then drain the broth and dry the chicken. Instead of champignons, you can use wild mushrooms.

Clean and wash the champignons. Then pat dry to remove excess moisture. Cut the mushrooms into slices of the desired size.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil on the stove. Fry the champignons for 5-7 minutes, stirring. Make sure that no liquid gets into the pan so that the oil does not start splashing.

Cut the boiled chicken fillet into cubes. Determine the size of the cubes according to your taste and preferences.

Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and dry. Cut them into cubes. If you wish, you can peel them. I didnʼt do this.

Wash the dill, dry and finely chop.

In a salad bowl, combine boiled chicken, mushrooms, cucumbers and dill. Season with mayonnaise to taste. Instead of mayonnaise, you can take sour cream or mix it with it in equal proportions.
