Prepare the indicated products for the salad. Pre-boil the eggs for about 7-10 minutes and cool in cold water. Pre-boil chicken breast fillet; you can use baked fillet. Fresh cucumbers, one large or two (like mine) small. Use red salad onions in the salad. To dress the salad you need mayonnaise. Fresh parsley, about one small bunch. Olives for garnishing salad.

You can prepare the salad in a common salad bowl in layers, or you can serve it in portions using a serving ring. I will cook in layers in a salad bowl in two steps, so I divide all the ingredients into two parts. Disassemble the boiled and cooled fillet into fibers or cut into strips. Place the chicken fillet on the bottom of the salad bowl, press lightly with a spoon and coat with a small amount of mayonnaise or make a mayonnaise mesh.
