Eggs 3 pc
Green onions (2 feathers) 10 g
Hard cheese 100 g
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Dill (2 branches) 5 g

How to make a salad from fresh cucumbers and cheese? Very simple! To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. Ingredients can be supplemented or replaced to suit your taste. You can buy store-bought mayonnaise or make your own.

Wash the cucumbers and dry. Cut into small cubes. To make the salad more tender, I advise you to cut off the skin. The number of cucumbers depends on the size. If the cucumbers are large, like mine, two are enough, if they are short-fruited, then you can take 3-4 pieces.

Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. Divide into whites and yolks. Grate the whites on a coarse grater. Grate the yolks on a fine grater. You can grate the yolks immediately or directly onto the salad, then they will be fluffier.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Any cheese will do. I have an ordinary Russian one.

Wash the dill and green onions, dry and chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, cilantro, parsley, or use a mixture of different herbs.

You can simply mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, but I prefer to make the salad in a cooking ring with a diameter of 14-16 cm. Place the diced cucumber in the first layer and pour over mayonnaise. I put the mayonnaise into a piping bag and cut off the tip. Itʼs more convenient than using a spoon.

Spread the grated cheese in the next layer and pour mayonnaise over it. If you wish, you can add salt to some layers, but I usually don’t add salt to salads with mayonnaise; mayonnaise is quite enough.

Next — grated whites and mayonnaise.

Another layer — grated yolks.

Sprinkle the remaining chopped herbs on top.
