Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Cilantro, coriander 0.5 tsp
Carrot (medium size) 1 pc
Bulb onions (medium size) 1 pc
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
Greenery (dill, parsley) to taste
Hot pepper to taste
Red beans (boiled or canned) 200 g
Vinegar essence 0.5 tsp

How to prepare a salad with red beans and Korean carrots? Very easy and fast. Prepare all the necessary products. If you are using grains, soak the beans overnight. In the morning, rinse, add fresh water and cook for 1 hour over medium heat. I have canned beans.

Wash the carrots, peel and grate into strips on a Korean carrot grater. If you don’t have such a grater, then cut the carrots into thin strips.

It is better to crush coriander peas in a mortar and fry in a dry frying pan for 2 minutes.

Pass the garlic through a press or grate it on a fine grater, finely chop the hot pepper. Adjust the amount of hot pepper to your taste.
