Canned champignons 150 g
Pickles 100 g
bell pepper 1 pc
Bay leaf 2 pc
Allspice 4 pc
Salt to taste

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Garlic 1 clove

How to make a salad with beef and mushrooms? Prepare your ingredients. Boil the meat in advance and cool completely. Drain the liquid from the mushrooms, place the mushrooms themselves in a sieve. You can use fresh champignons instead of canned ones; they will need to be fried first. Wash the peppers and dry them.

How to cook beef? Pour 2.5 liters of clean cold water into the pan, add the beef, add bay leaves, allspice and salt. Let it simmer over low heat. After boiling, skim off the foam. Boil the meat until tender, from 40 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the size and quality of the piece.
