Avocado Bacon Salad Delight

Avocado lovers will appreciate the salad. I noticed this recipe a few years ago in the magazine “I Love to Cook!” Finally got around to cooking it. Both me and my husband, who doesn’t like avocados in general, liked the salad. Here all the ingredients are combined very well. The rich bacon is balanced with herbs, avocado and toasted croutons.
