An unusual version of al dente potatoes, with light cheese. A simple recipe for Korean potato salad with an original taste. This Korean salad is very easy to prepare and can be served warm or cold, as a side dish or on its own.

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Cilantro, coriander 0.5 tsp
Ground hot pepper 0.25 tsp
Potato 500 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Ground red pepper 0.25 tsp

Cut the potatoes into thin strips. To do this, you can use a Korean carrot grater or simply cut it with a knife. Thickness is approximately 2-3 mm. Rinse the chopped potatoes with cold water and leave in cold water for 10 minutes.

Cut the onion into half rings and put water on the stove until it boils.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion over high heat.

Place the potatoes in a saucepan, add boiling water, place on the stove and bring to a boil.

After this, discard and rinse with cold water. It should remain slightly damp.

Transfer it to a salad bowl, add squeezed garlic, red and black pepper, coriander, soy sauce and fried onions along with oil.
