Basic:

Lavash thin 1.5 g

Filling No. 1:

Cottage cheese 100 g
Hard cheese 100 g
Sour cream 100 g
Dill 20 g
Salt to taste

Filling No. 2:

Chicken eggs 3 pc
Crab sticks 6 pc
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Green onions 20 g
Garlic 6 clove

Filling No. 3:

Hard cheese 50 g
Champignon 4 pc
Processed cheese 100 g
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Onion 2 pc
Parsley 20 g
Ground pepper mixture to taste

How to make lavash rolls with various fillings? From the pita bread, cut three rectangles measuring 20 by 30 cm with scissors. While cooking, place the pita bread in a bag so that they do not dry out.

Prepare the filling for the first roll. We will need hard cheese (100 g), cottage cheese, sour cream, dill, salt. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, wash and chop the dill.

Mix cottage cheese, cheese, dill, sour cream, salt in a bowl, stir.

Cut a piece of parchment, place the pita bread on it and apply the filling, distributing it evenly over the surface.

Roll the pita bread into a roll and transfer it along with the parchment to a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and dill, bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes at 160 degrees.

Preparing the filling for the second roll. We will need crab sticks, green onions, eggs, garlic, mayonnaise (4 tablespoons). Chop crab sticks and green onions.

Boil the eggs hard, cool in cold water, peel and grate.

Place pita bread on a sheet of parchment and brush it with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Place eggs and crab sticks on top, brush lightly with mayonnaise again and sprinkle with green onions and chopped garlic.

Roll up the roll and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

We are preparing the third roll. For the filling you will need fresh champignons, onions, parsley, processed and hard cheese (50 g), salt, a mixture of peppers, mayonnaise (4 tablespoons). Wash the mushrooms and chop finely. Also finely chop the onion and parsley.

Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, add mushrooms, chopped white onion, salt and mixed pepper seasoning, stir, fry until tender, stirring occasionally. About 10 minutes.
