You will need a juicy apple (preferably choose a variety that is not very sour and not very sweet), fresh cucumber, juicy crispy celery stalks, as well as natural fresh yogurt without additives or fillers for dressing.

Rinse the cucumber thoroughly, cut off the ends, cut the cucumber into medium-sized cubes and place in a bowl where the salad will be prepared. If the skin of the cucumber is hard or bitter, it is better to cut it off.
