How to make a salad with chicken, grapes, cheese and nuts? Very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. I took large eggs. If you are using small ones, take 5 pieces. You can replace the chicken with any other meat, sausage or ham. I use peanuts, you can use walnuts.

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut into small cubes.

Sprinkle the chicken with spices and leave to marinate for 20 minutes. Instead of frying, you can boil the fillet or bake it in the oven in foil. You can also use smoked chicken instead of fresh chicken.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat, add the chicken and fry, stirring, until cooked through, about 10 minutes. The exact time depends on the size of the chicken pieces. You can fry a whole chicken fillet, but chicken cut into small cubes turns out tastier, more tender and more aromatic — because each piece is soaked in spices on all sides. Transfer chicken to a plate and cool.
