Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a pineapple salad? Prepare your ingredients. Drain all the juice from canned pineapples. Dry the fruits with a paper towel. Take any cheese to suit your taste. I recommend using homemade mayonnaise.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the pineapples into small pieces and squeeze lightly.

Step 3

Step 3
Grate the cheese on a medium grater, set aside a little for decoration.

Step 4

Step 4
In a salad bowl of a suitable size, mix together pineapples, cheese and pressed garlic.

Step 5

Step 5
Add mayonnaise and ground black pepper to the salad.

Step 6

Step 6
Mix everything thoroughly. The mass should be quite dense and not spread, so add mayonnaise gradually. Keep in mind that it may take you either more or less than me.

Step 7

Step 7
Place a cooking ring (⍉ 12-14 cm) on a plate or dish and place the salad in it.

Step 8

Step 8
Press well with a spoon or the bottom of a glass. Place the salad ring in the refrigerator for 15 minutes until it sets well.

Step 9

Step 9
Remove the salad from the refrigerator and carefully remove the ring.

Step 10

Step 10
Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top of the salad, place pineapple rings on top and garnish with parsley or other herbs. I also decorated with olives. Bon appetit!
