How to make a salad from beet tops? Prepare all the products indicated in the recipe. Instead of pine nuts, you can use walnuts or any other nuts of your choice.

First of all, wash the tops. Rinse each leaf thoroughly to remove any remaining dirt and dust. Cut the leaves and stems into small pieces 4-5 cm long. Boil a small amount of water in a saucepan or saucepan. Place the tops in boiling water for 1-3 minutes. One minute will be enough for young thin leaves, but if the leaves are more mature and hard, then leave them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain the tops in a colander and cool.

Add chopped garlic, ground peppers and dry spices such as basil or oregano. For a more balanced taste, I add a pinch of sugar, you can omit the sugar. Mix everything thoroughly.
