Hard cheese 100 g
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Greenery to taste

How to make Ladiesʼ whim salad with chicken and pineapple? First, prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking. Rinse and dry the greens. Boil the eggs for 12 minutes after boiling over medium heat, then cool. Also boil the chicken fillet until tender. You can use smoked chicken if desired.

Place a cooking ring on a serving plate. Cut the boiled breast into small cubes and place inside the ring. To obtain the required amount of boiled chicken, you will need approximately 350-400 grams of raw fillet.

Drain the syrup from the canned pineapple, chop finely and place on top of the chicken.

Peel the boiled eggs and separate them into whites and yolks. Grate the whites on a coarse grater and place on top of the pineapples.

Peel and chop the garlic, mix with mayonnaise. Lubricate the whites with half a portion of mayonnaise on top, while pressing them a little with a spoon to compact them.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater and place on top of the mayonnaise layer. You can use absolutely any cheese according to your taste.

Brush the cheese layer again with the remaining mayonnaise.

Crumble the reserved yolks with your hands or grate them on a medium grater and place them on top of the salad.

Fry the nuts a little in a dry frying pan, so they will reveal their aroma, cool and chop coarsely. Finely chop fresh herbs (I used dill) and place along the edge of the salad. Place chopped walnuts in the middle of the salad. Remove the serving ring, garnish the salad to your liking and serve.
