How to make a salad with fried mushrooms and chicken? Prepare the products according to the list. Wash the meat and vegetables. Boil the potatoes and carrots in their skins until tender. Place the chicken fillet in a pan of boiling water, add salt and cook for about 15-25 minutes. Boil the eggs hard, then keep in cold water until completely cool. Cook all foods at the same time to save time.

Wash fresh champignons, cut into strips, place in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil. Add salt to taste and fry over high heat while stirring for about 3-5 minutes. Why fry over high heat? In this case, the mushrooms will remain as juicy as possible.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces across the grain. Cut the boiled eggs into medium-sized cubes with a knife or pass them through a special strainer. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. You can take any hard or semi-hard cheese that grates well. Peel the carrots and potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. If you want, you can divide all the products into two equal parts to make two portioned salads.

Place the chopped chicken fillet and fried mushrooms in a bowl, add mayonnaise and stir. You can use any mayonnaise, I have homemade one. I prepared two salads, so I divided all the ingredients into two equal parts.

Place a salad ring on a platter. Place the mixture of chicken and mushrooms into the ring as the first layer and press it down well with a spoon. I used a ring with a diameter of 10.5 centimeters. For one large salad, use a larger diameter ring. And in this case, do not divide the products into two parts.
