Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make crab salad with seaweed, egg, corn? Prepare your food. You can take seaweed from cans, or you can make it yourself from dry seaweed. Boil the eggs first and cool. Read about how to properly boil eggs in a separate article at the link at the end of the recipe. Crab sticks, if they were frozen, defrost. Read about how to choose crab sticks at the end of the recipe.

Step 2

Step 2
Sea kale is usually sold ready-made, in brine or oil. To get rid of excess liquid, place it in a sieve and leave for about 5 minutes. If the seaweed is too long, cut the cabbage into smaller pieces.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the crab sticks from the film in which each is wrapped. Cut them into cubes approximately the size of a corn kernel.

Step 4

Step 4
Eggs, previously boiled, cooled and peeled, also cut into cubes. Make the size the same as the chopsticks — the salad will look more beautiful and neat.

Step 5

Step 5
Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl, you can add salt and ground black pepper. I don’t put salt in salads with mayonnaise, because the saltiness of the dressing is enough for me. Stir. Add mayonnaise and mix the salad again. You can make your own mayonnaise. You will find recipes for homemade mayonnaise after the last step.

Step 6

Step 6
Serve the salad to the table. You can simply put it in a salad bowl, or you can serve it using a cooking ring on a flat plate. Bon appetit!
