Basic:

Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Potato 4 pc
Parsley 10 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Pickles 4 pc
bell pepper 1 pc
Chinese cabbage 250 g
Frozen mushrooms 200 g

Prepare all ingredients. In order for the salad to look colorful, it is better to take red or yellow bell peppers. Instead of pickled cucumbers, you can use salted ones. Use fresh or frozen mushrooms.

Pre-defrost the mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Boil potatoes in their skins, cool and peel.

Cut the cooled potatoes into cubes, cut the cabbage into small squares, cut the peppers and cucumbers into squares or strips. Place all ingredients in a deep bowl, add olive oil, salt, ground black pepper and mix thoroughly.
