Quick and Tasty Tomato Sausage Salad

Fast, simple, from ordinary products, in a hurry! Salad with tomatoes and sausage is a simple dish, but very tasty! The juiciness of fresh tomatoes is harmoniously complemented by the richness of the sausage. The addition of a small amount of garlic adds a piquant note to the salad.

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad with tomatoes and sausage? Prepare your food. You can use any sausage — boiled, raw smoked, ham. Cut it into thin strips. You can cut it in any way, but strips, in my opinion, look more appetizing in this salad. Place the chopped sausage in a salad bowl.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the tomatoes and cut into large pieces. You can also use cherry tomatoes. It will be enough to cut them into 2-4 parts. Add the chopped tomatoes to the bowl with the sausage.

Step 3

Step 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and immediately add it to the salad. For salad I like to use hard cheeses. They rub easily on a grater.

Step 4

Step 4
Peel the garlic and pass through a garlic press. Add it directly to your salad.

Step 5

Step 5
Season all ingredients with a small amount of mayonnaise and mix. I don’t recommend adding a lot of mayonnaise, as the tomatoes will release juice and the salad will become liquid. Transfer the finished salad to a salad bowl and serve. Bon appetit!
