Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad with smoked breast, corn and egg? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes in advance. During this time they will have time to cook. Drain the hot water from the eggs, cover them with cold water and leave to cool. To dress the salad we will use sour cream and mustard, but if desired, you can replace them with mayonnaise or leave only sour cream.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the smoked chicken breast into small cubes. Remove the shell from boiled eggs.

Step 3

Step 3
The salad can be prepared immediately in a salad bowl by mixing all the ingredients or laid out in layers. I cook in layers. To do this, place a serving ring on a plate and place the chopped chicken meat as the first layer. Press it down a little to make the layer denser. For dressing, mix sour cream with mustard. Coat this layer and all subsequent ones with the prepared dressing.

Step 4

Step 4
Cucumber, also cut into small cubes. Place the sliced cucumber in the next layer on top of the chicken.

Step 5

Step 5
Grate the boiled eggs on a coarse grater and place them in a ring, forming the next layer of salad.

Step 6

Step 6
The last layer will be canned corn. Drain all the liquid from the jar and place the corn on top of the salad. Carefully remove the serving ring. Cool the salad slightly in the refrigerator before serving. Serve the finished salad, garnished with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
