Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
It is clear that I am writing for those who know what a fire is. My husband always did this, and I did everything else. Until he calls me, Iʼm doing groceries. The fact is that that day I had several types of marinade, as well as ingredients. But my task is to talk about champignons on the fire. I didnʼt wash them, but examined them carefully. After all, champignons instantly gain moisture and become watery. Letʼs just cut off the leg.

Step 2

Step 2
I added just a little onion. There could have been more. Those. itʼs at your discretion. The main thing is that the cutting format should be such that the onion does not fall on the coals and so that it bakes well. Here it is better to take a small onion.

Step 3

Step 3
Now letʼs prepare the marinade. First mix mayonnaise with soy sauce.

Step 4

Step 4
Then I mixed these two components very carefully, poured in the cream, salt and pepper the mixture, added spices and onions.

Step 5

Step 5
The marinade is basically ready. But at the last moment I began to wonder what the marinade would taste like if I added homemade adjika and a little herbs. I didn’t regret it later. So, pour the resulting marinade over the mushrooms.

Step 6

Step 6
How long should you keep them? 15 minutes is enough. As soon as you are told that the coals are ready, thread the mushrooms onto skewers or skewer.

Step 7

Step 7
Rush to the fire and place the skewer or skewers. To prevent the mushrooms from drying out more than I would like, I took the marinade with me and watered the mushrooms when turning them over. 5-7 minutes is enough to get such beauty!
