Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 5 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil 5 g
Dry spices to taste
Salo (if you use the neck, then you can take 100-150 grams of lard) 300 g
Pork fillet (the best thing is to take the neck) 1.5 kg

Cut the meat and lard into small pieces (the smaller the better).

Finely chop the garlic, add to the meat, salt, pepper, and add spices.

Pour in water and mix the minced meat well. Place the minced meat in the form of small sausages on sheets of foil greased with vegetable oil.

Roll the sausages tightly in foil (like candy). Pierce each one with a needle. Place in a baking sleeve.

Bake in an oven preheated to 170-180 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Next, remove the sausages from the sleeve, unroll the foil on top and put them back in the oven to bake for another 10 minutes. The sausages will become nice and dense. Let them cool.
