How to bake turkey breast with curry in the oven? Prepare the products according to the list. Very few ingredients are required. Take kefir, a slice of lemon, salt and spices. Thatʼs all!

Rinse the turkey well, dry it with a paper towel, remove any film, if any, and be sure to pierce it several times on all sides with a special device or a regular fork — it copes with this procedure quite successfully — the turkey has well-pierced flesh. This is necessary for better and even saturation of the meat with marinade.

Next you should make the marinade. To do this, pour kefir into any deep pan, salt it, squeeze out lemon juice and add spices. Spices for chicken, curry, turmeric or any other spices that you like are good. Stir the mixture, add lemon slices to the marinade too — they turn out very tasty when baked.

Place the turkey breast in this marinade and leave for 2-4 hours, turning the turkey piece over from time to time.

Then you can wrap the turkey along with the marinade in foil or a baking sleeve if there is no suitable form with a lid. I transferred it to a smaller microwave-safe dish — it is also quite suitable for baking in the oven.
