Rice 200 g

Letʼs prepare the necessary ingredients. Boil the rice until half cooked. Make minced pork, add salt and pepper to taste.

Cut off the cap from the side of the peppers, leaving the tail. Place the pepper on the table to see how it fits best, and cut off the top. Carefully select the insides. Then blanch the peppers in boiling water for a couple of minutes.

The filling is traditional — fry minced meat (possibly chicken) in a frying pan with finely chopped onion, add boiled rice, salt, pepper and fill our peppers with the resulting mixture.
