Basic:

Rack of pork ribs 1 kg

Marinade:

Garlic 2 clove
Lemon juice 50 ml
Paprika 1 tsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 30 ml
Mixed peppercorns to taste

How to bake BBQ pork ribs in the oven? To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients. The amount of ingredients can be changed according to your taste. I also used homemade adjika. You can also add hot pepper, paprika, garlic, herbs and sugar.

Place pork ribs and all marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Mix everything well. Let the ribs marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Turn on the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a baking dish with oil and place the ribs in it.

Cover the pan with foil and bake the ribs in the oven for 30 minutes.

After half an hour, remove the oven and bake the ribs for another 20 minutes. If you have a grill in the stove, use it at this stage.
