Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Garlic (Dry) 1 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Bay leaf 1 pc
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Hot pepper 1 pc
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Allspice 2 pc
Rack of pork ribs 500 g
Ginger powder 1 tbsp

1.First, boil the pork ribs. Salt the water and add ribs, carrots, onions, ginger, bay leaf and allspice. Cook for about 40 minutes.

2. Letʼs make the marinade! To do this, mix 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp dry ginger, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Mix everything until smooth. Then grind the hot pepper in a mortar and add to our sauce.
