Semolina 2 tbsp
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Salt 0.5 tsp
White bread 200 g
Sugar 1 tsp
Breadcrumbs 100 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Hard cheese 100 g
Apples 1 pc
Dill 1 g

Sauce:

Mayonnaise 100 g
Sour cream 150 g
Water 4 tbsp
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp

Grate the beets on a medium grater (just grate, without a meat grinder or other devices).

Sprinkle 2 tbsp. l. semolina, mix and let stand for 0.5 hours.

Finely chop one onion and fry in vegetable oil. Then add eggs, grated apple, grated cheese, onion, bun soaked in warm water, salt, sugar. Mix everything well with a fork until smooth.
