Wheat flour 4 tbsp
Pepper to taste
Potato (better large, without damage) 500 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil (for frying) 3 tbsp
Greenery (fresh, 3 sprigs of dill and parsley) to taste
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Sausages (smoked — the aroma will be special) 1 pc

Recipe instructions

Grate the peeled potatoes on a medium grater.

Add finely grated onion along with onion juice /for juiciness/, mix.

Add egg, sifted flour, mix.

Add finely chopped sausage and sausage, stir.

Add finely chopped favorite fresh herbs, salt and pepper to taste, stir.

Fry in a well-heated frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown.
