Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make juicy chicken breast cutlets in the oven? Prepare the following ingredients. You can add a little more or less onion according to your taste. White bread can be replaced with breadcrumbs or instant oatmeal.

Step 2

Step 2
Pour milk over slices of white bread. The milk will not completely cover the bread, so they will need to be turned several times to ensure they are completely soaked and soggy.

Step 3

Step 3
Rinse the chicken fillet under running cold water and dry with paper towels. Trim any remaining bones, fat, and veins from the chicken. Then cut each into large pieces for a meat grinder. Peel the onions and rinse. Chop it coarsely too.

Step 4

Step 4
To prepare minced meat, I use a fine wire rack; if you don’t have one, you can pass the minced meat twice through a meat grinder with a wire rack, which is available. Grind chopped chicken fillet, onions and bread soaked in milk in a meat grinder (if there is milk left, add it to the minced meat too).

Step 5

Step 5
Add salt to the minced meat; more may be needed, depending on preference. Also at this step you can add your favorite dry spices to the minced meat. Mix with your hands until completely smooth. To do this, you can use disposable gloves. Place the finished minced meat in the refrigerator for at least an hour. During this time, the minced meat will cool and it will be easier to make cutlets from it.

Step 6

Step 6
Take out the chilled minced meat. After wetting your hands in cold water, pinch off a little minced meat and, tossing it from one hand to the other, make dense cutlets from all the minced meat. Use any oven-safe pan. Grease with vegetable oil. Place the cutlets in a mold and place in an oven preheated to 180C for 30-40 minutes. Times are approximate and will depend on your oven. Read about ovens in the article below the steps.

Step 7
Ready-made dietary chicken breast cutlets in the oven turn out pale, but juicy and tasty. These cutlets can be offered to all family members — children, people with dietary restrictions. Vegetables, pasta, rice, buckwheat are suitable as a side dish. Bon appetit!
