How to make cutlets from minced chicken and pork? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Scroll the pork and chicken fillet through a meat grinder and turn into minced meat. You can also buy minced meat already prepared.

To prepare the cutlet mass, take a convenient bowl and combine both types of minced meat in it. Soak the loaf in water or milk. Peel the onion. Following the meat, pass the onion and loaf through a meat grinder — add them to the minced meat.
