Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Onion 2 pc
Salt to taste
Sour cream 1 tsp
Pork 250 g
Lemons 15 g
Khmeli-suneli to taste
Cherry tomatoes 2 pc
Ground pepper mixture to taste

How to make kebab in foil in the oven on skewers soft and juicy? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the meat, dry it and cut into medium pieces.

Add dry spices and salt to taste to the meat and stir. I used a mixture of peppers and suneli hops.

Cut the onion randomly for the so-called pillow. I cut it into rings.

Salt the onion.

Mix meat with onions. Mix well and add lemon slices.

Add sour cream and stir. Leave the meat to marinate for at least an hour. Half an hour before cooking, turn on the oven at 190 degrees.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Thread meat and tomato halves onto wooden skewers.

Place the skewers on a layer of onions in foil.

Sprinkle the curry on top of the kebabs, cover with foil and place in a baking dish or on a baking sheet.
